Why the update failed
Firmware 4.3.0 stays off a dark winter entrance mat. Your October floor would have passed it; the January variant did not. Your robots stay on 4.2.1, and the vendor gets the same receipt.

Would you check your next delivery in a sealed room before we accept it?
Hi,
Before we accept a delivery, we would like it checked against criteria we agree with you in advance: for example where the devices send data, known vulnerabilities, and signed firmware. Aarloven is building a way to check sealed samples against such criteria in a sealed room in Stockholm, with a named expert's signature on each receipt. We would both get the same copy.
We are joining its design-partner pilot. Would you take part?
